My mom wants to get me a phone but..?

Okay.. So my dad got me a phone at 5. From there on I got like a million phones. But they were all prepaid. Well here lately ive lost all interest in phones and no longer want one. I took it back. Igot $75 from my dad for my birthday from my dad. I bought a T-mobile sidekick prepaid. I just sent it back because it didn't work. I told my mom I didn't want a phone anymore. She said you need one and so forth. I insist I don't want one but she is basically making me buy one with my money and I don't want one. What should I do!?!?!?! I don't want a phone! All my money is on my credit card that is prepaid so she can't spend it on a phone for me but what should i do?
