What to wear to freshman orientation tomorrow?

I go to college orientation tomorrow! There's gonna be a lot of walking and outdoors-y situations (think tours and such) so I wanna stay somewhat comfy without looking sloppy or gross. I was thinking.. White shorts and my plaid Polo tennis shoes. They're multi-colored but the main accent is a bright pink. Should I wear a matching bright pink drape-y style top with a black cami under it, or a gray and white tripe shirt (same style) with the same cami.. HELP! I wanna look cute :) Thanks!!
