Do you think this bikini top is tacky-looking?

I am a B cup and I had a bikini similar to that, except it wasn't the triangle style, it looked very similar to a strapless one but it did have tiny straps. It moved a lot and even though it was tied tightly, I accidentally flashed people every few minutes lol. I ended up buying a different one from Victoria's Secret without the string thing in the middle this time and it is soooo much better. If I were you, I'd return and get a different top, unless you want to flash people that is lol.
