Opinion if the outfit im wearing today is cute on a guy?

I have been wearing capri leggings with 4 inch open toe heels with red toe nail polish and a thin strap top like a cami. I have basically just been wearing this outfit to the tanning salon, etc, but was wandering if it would be acceptable for a guy to wear to the strip mall and to walmart, etc. I love the outfit and feel very comfortable and would love to wear it everywhere.
