It really depends on how much you want to spend and what sort of things she likes. What about some nice make up and a make up bag with cotton wool pads and make up remover. You can get some lovely items all as separates and put them together giving her a complete kit. Also being her best mate you will know what colours she likes and what suits her. How about making her a cake, either a large birthday cake or a batch of iced cup cakes for you to share. Maybe just take her out somewhere for the day and let her choose her gift like a top or some clothing she likes. It does depend on your budget but there are a few ideas for you there. Good luck.
