How does this sound? Opinions please!?

Well, I'm going to a modeling competition in the fall and we need a runway wear. They like tighter clothing and we need to accessorize with black. i was thinking red lace tights, a demin miniskirt, over the knee black leather heeled boots, a red v-neck sweater with a white lace cami underneath, and a leather vest. I also plan on putting a black bow in my hair and some black bracelets. I'm 14 and have light skin, green eyes, and redish hair (it's the color of the New Miss USA's hair aka Alyssa Campanella.) So does that sound good? If not, what are some suggestions? Where can i get a cool leather vest?
