Does anyone remember this show?

I think it was aired in Jetix years ago it was about a kid who had a samurai ghost as his friend and they could fuse together. He had a sidekick with him i think it was a lil black kid or white kid a i dont remember but i think he had a ghost as his friend to. The main kid was like an orphan an he was kinda lazy but he cared about his lil friend. Please help me and thanks!
